Cancellation Policy

Your time is valuable and so is ours, we require a cancellation notice at least 12 hours prior to your appointment for infusion services. Payment will be refunded in full when notice of cancellation is given 12 hours or more prior to scheduled infusion appointment. We will refund your payment, though a $75 fee will be retained for services when a cancellation occurs within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment.
